South Arkansas Homesteading Conference
The South Arkansas Homesteading Conference provides information and demonstrations on a variety of skills and methods used to attain a sustainable, self-sufficient lifestyle. The conference features a variety of speakers on subjects like gardening, small farm livestock, food preservation, herbs/herbal remedies, alternative energy and more. Cleveland County Fair
The annual Cleveland County Fair is held each September at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds. Attractions include a livestock show, Miss Cleveland County pageants and talent contest, exhibits and carnival. Watch the County Calendar for specific dates.
Historic Hwy. 35 Junk Hunt
The Historic Hwy. 35 Junk Hunt is held in March each year featuring miles and miles of yard sales ranging from Benton to Dermott along Hwy. 35. A local hub of sales and vendors is hosted at the Pioneer Village in Rison.

Hwy. 79 -> Hwy. 63 Junk Hunt Loop
The Hwy 79->Hwy 63 Junk Hunt Loop is held in October each year featuring miles of yard sales beginning on Hwy. 79 in Pine Bluff/Watson Chapel, looping south through Rison, Kingsland and Fordyce before turning east on Hwy. 8 towards Warren to run north along Hwy. 63 through the Woodlawn community to Pine Bluff. In 2020 the route was extended south to Morro Bay. A local hub of sales and vendors is hosted at the Pioneer Village in Rison, along with additional hubs along Hwy. 63.

Rison In The Fall
Rison in the Fall is an annual event held each October in Rison. It features cooking competitions, entertainment and more. Check the County Calendar for the latest information. For up to date info, visit the Rison In The Fall page on Facebook.

The festival welcomes applications from vendors of artisan crafts, cottage foods, small businesses and direct marketing sales to set up at the event.
Vendor fees are $50 for an approximate 10×10 outdoor booth space. A review process will be implemented to approve vendor applications.
A limited number of food truck spaces will be available. Food truck vendor fees are $200.

Christmas In The Village
Christmas in the Village is a holiday extravaganza at the Pioneer Village in Rison. Attractions include Breakfast with Santa, holiday games, contests, vendors and more. Check the County Calendar for dates and information.
Cleveland County Community Theater
The Cleveland County Community Theater hosts a variety of events throughout the year from youth performances, dinner theaters, holiday productions and the Cleveland County Ole Time Jamboree, a variety show full of musical and comedy numbers.
