Pioneer Village

The Pioneer Village consists of a collection of historic buildings, as well as three exhibit buildings, one that includes a stage area. The Pioneer Village is located at 200 Yaney Street in Rison. Individual buildings, or the entire grounds, can be reserved. Amenities include open floor space, outdoor space and restrooms. Contact the City of Rison at (870) 325-6381 to reserve this facility.

Hall-Morgan Veteran’s Building

Located across from the Cleveland County Courthouse at 404 Sycamore Street in Rison. Amenities include open floor space and restrooms. Contact the Cleveland County Judge’s Office at (870) 325-6214 to reserve the Veteran’s Building.

“Y” Community Center

Located at 8000 Hwy 35 N in Rison. Amenities include open floor space, full kitchen and restrooms. Contact Martha or Randy Hurst at 870-325-7499 to reserve this facility.

Woodlawn Community Center

Located at 6340 Hwy 63 in Woodlawn. Amenities include open floor space, full kitchen and restrooms. $50.00 rental fee to reserve facility + $50 deposit. New Edinburg Community Center

Located at 6590 Hwy 8 in New Edinburg. Amenities include open floor space, full kitchen and restrooms. $20 per hour for adult events, $15 per hour for youth (age 12 and under) events. Contact Melody Spears (870) 510-6388 to reserve this facility.

Cleveland County Fairgrounds

Cleveland County Fairgrounds

Located at 310 Mockingbird Lane, the Cleveland County Fairgrounds includes an exhibit hall, rodeo arena and outdoor stage. Amenities include open floor space, full kitchen and restrooms. Contact Fair Board President Roy Phillips at (870) 489-5201.

Kingsland City Hall Community Room

Located on South Larch Street at Second Street in Kingsland. The rental fee is $40, plus a $40 deposit to be returned if the facility is cleaned with no damage after your event. Amenities include open floor space, full kitchen and restrooms. Contact Sharon Crosby at (870) 348-5848.

Tanglewood Landing at New Edinburg

Tanglewood Landing is a 600-acre farm owned by Jason and Carrie Hall, who also reside on the farm. This charming venue is set in the midst of the countryside of southern Arkansas. A grand five thousand square foot ponderosa-style cattle barn sets amid a well-manicured green pasture and offers a rustic setting for a beautiful barn wedding. The barn features a concrete floor, church pew seating, special area for displaying wedding cake, a kitchen, long bar with rustic log seating, food line, men’s and women’s restrooms, cooled dressing room, stage area with wooden arch, piano, area for band, dance floor, rustic farm decor that reflects the farm’s history and an outside fire pit with picnic tables.
