Run, walk or ride your way to kick off the Rison in the Fall Festival! We have a 5K, 1-Mile Walk and a 20-Mile Bike Ride option for you to choose from! And if you do the bike ride, there’s a fun poker twist! If you have the best hand when you return to the finish line, you’ll win something extra!
This event is sponsored by Access Medical Clinic. It serves as the official kick off for the festival, which will include a free concert from GRAMMY and Academy of Country Music-nominated multi-platinum artist David Nail. Arkansas Country Music Award-winning group Midnight South and the Delta Blues Trio Chad Marshall Band will also perform. The festival will include vendors, food trucks and other activities. Participants will receive a T-shirt. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers for each event. All proceeds benefit the Rison in the Fall Festival, which is a free event organized by non-profit organization Rison Shine Community Development, Inc.
